Certified Support Representative (ACSR) Program
ACSR program participants are trained and certified on
the knowledge and skills necessary to perform installations, upgrades, diagnostics,
troubleshooting and supporting in a workgroup production or broadcast environment. This
multi-certification program is designed to ensure the highest level of technical
